What is HomeAgain Pet Recovery Service?
The HomeAgain Pet Recovery Service is a safe, simple and permanent form of pet identification designed to quickly identify lost pets and reunite them with their owners. It's a proven way to successfully recover your pet if it ever becomes lost.

1. Microchip Your Pet
Simply call your vet to make an appointment. Similar to administering a routine shot, within seconds a HomeAgain michrochip with a unique identification code is implanted between the shoulder blades of your pet.

2. Enroll Your Pet
Once your pet is michrochipped, fill out the enrollment form enclosed within the michrochip. The information is then stored at our HomeAgain Pet Reovery database that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

3. If your pet is lost
If your pet is ever lost, they can be scanned at animal shelters or veterinary clinics to reveal their unique HomeAgain Pet Recovery number. That identification number is called in to HomeAgain (1-866-PET-ID24) and you are notified immediately.
